The Free plan is a permanent option that allows teachers to explore the platform with 5 resource generations per week. Resources include watermarks, and the Standards Alignment and Instructional Purpose filters are not available. All plans, including Free, use the TeachShare Turbo AI model and include evidence-based pedagogy in every resource.

16.3 Individual Premium (~$16.67/month, billed annually)

When navigating the TeachShare Launchpad, managing your resources is streamlined through intuitive hover actions on each resource card. These quick actions allow you to organize, edit, and share your work without needing to open the resource fully.

Hovering over any resource card in the Launchpad reveals two immediate quick actions in the top-right corner of the card:

Drag to Move (Six Dots): Allows you to click and drag the resource card to reorder it or drop it into a specific folder for organization.
Delete (Trash Can): Instantly moves the resource to the Trash.

Next to the quick hover actions is the Actions button, represented by three dots (...). Clicking this button opens a comprehensive dropdown menu divided into two sections: Project Actions and General Actions.

Customize a Copy: Creates a duplicate of the resource and immediately opens it in the Creator, allowing you to make edits without altering the original version.

TeachShare extends beyond printable documents by offering a complete digital assignment workflow, from distribution to grading to insight.

9.1 Converting Resources to Digital Assignments

Any generated resource can be converted into an interactive digital assignment. Students complete the assignment on their devices, entering responses directly into the platform.

9.2 Mass Autograding

Once students submit their work, the Mass Autograde feature evaluates all responses simultaneously. The AI scores answers against the generated answer key and rubric, providing a grade for each student in a few clicks. This eliminates the manual grading burden for objective and semi-objective questions.

9.3 Student Insights Dashboard

The platform compiles grading data into a Student Insights view, which allows teachers to:

See individual student performance at a glance

TeachShare provides multiple ways to distribute created resources to students, ranging from simple printed worksheets to fully integrated digital assignments with auto-grading and student insights. The export options are divided into two primary categories: assigning within TeachShare and sharing outside TeachShare.

Assign in TeachShare (Student Accounts Required)

This is the most powerful export option, unlocking TeachShare's advanced features like the Autograder, detailed student insights, and progress tracking. To use this method, you must have an active Class set up in TeachShare.

Select a Class: In the "Assign in TeachShare" panel, you choose the specific class you want to receive the assignment from a dropdown menu.
Student Accounts Toggle: A critical setting is the "Student Accounts" toggle. When enabled, this ensures that students must log in to their TeachShare student accounts to access the assignment. This is required to "save progress, access insights & more."
Publishing: Once the class is selected and the toggle is set appropriately, clicking "Publish" generates a unique assignment link. This link routes students to their dedicated portal, tied directly to your Assignment Hub.

Creating a Lesson Plan

Educators can access the Lesson Plan tab from the TeachShare Creator interface. The process is intuitive and guided by several key parameters:

Prompt: Users begin by entering a description of the desired lesson. For example, "Team-based review activity about major historical events."
Preset: Educators can choose from pre-defined templates or structures that suit their teaching style or the specific requirements of the lesson.
Grade Level: Selecting the appropriate grade level ensures that the generated content, reading passages, and activities are developmentally appropriate and rigorous.
Instructional Purpose: This dropdown allows teachers to specify the goal of the lesson, such as introducing a new concept, providing independent practice, or reviewing material.
Time: Setting the duration of the lesson helps the AI structure the activities and pacing appropriately.
