Presets

Presets are saved configurations that allow teachers to standardize their resource creation workflow. A Preset captures a combination of settings including:

  • Default grade level
  • Preferred instructional purpose
  • Frequently used teaching strategies
  • Standard student need accommodations

Once saved, a Preset can be applied from the "Preset" dropdown in the creator box, instantly populating all the filters with the saved settings.

Use Case: A special education teacher always creates resources at a 3rd-grade reading level with scaffolding and ELL supports for their inclusion class. They create a Preset called "Inclusion Class" that captures these settings. Every time they need a new resource, they select the Preset and only need to write the prompt — all other settings are applied automatically.
